1. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS OF PHOTOGRAPHS: On purchasing digital files you accept that by Naomi Reiter Photography grants you a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license to download and/or copy the accompanying digital Photographs subject to the following restrictions:

This license is for Personal Use Only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the photographs for display on personal websites and computers, or making image prints or video copies for personal use. The Photographs may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration or recognition. The Photographs may not be used in competitions, advertising, be re-edited, re-sold, re-licensed, or sub-licensed.

Should this licence condition be breached and any Photograph supplied by Naomi Reiter Photography is re-edited or tampered with by a client in any way whatsoever, under no circumstances are these files to be published online, in print or by any other means. They are not to be credited to Naomi Reiter Photography. No responsibility will be taken by Naomi Reiter Photography for files edited by any third party.

Express prior permission from Naomi Reiter Photography may be requested under exceptional circumstances. Should permission be granted conditions will apply.

Title and ownership, now and in the future, of and for the Photographs remain exclusively with Naomi Reiter Photography.

There are no warranties, express or implied. The Photographs are provided 'as is.' Naomi Reiter Photography will not be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer's use of the Photographs.

2. CONSENT: The client consents that their name and the photographs taken and presented by this photographer may be used by Naomi Reiter Photography for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website or any publication, directory or forum; printed or online; to promote the studio or name. The Client also agrees that the images taken by Naomi Reiter Photography can be used without additional compensation to them; the Client. If the Client does not consent to this item, Naomi Reiter Photography must be notified in writing before the shoot. All respect will be given to a Clients' expressed request to non-consent.
